After your Wax
So, you finally got your first wax! Here are some tips to keep your skin healthy and bump free after your wax

-
You may have some hair that appears directly after your wax or was not removed.Your first wax removes the majority of hair that has grown above the skin. Because hairs grow in different cycles, your subsequent waxes will remove the hairs that were still growing below the skin’s surface but have now sprouted above the skin. After three to four waxes, all of your hairs should be growing in the same cycle, resulting in longer lasting smooth skin.
-
We recommend that you wax every three to four weeks. Waiting longer may result in a more uncomfortable wax
-
DO NOT SHAVE IN BETWEEN YOUR WAX
-
Stay hydrated!
-
You may notice some stubble after your first or 2nd wax, this is normal! Every follicle grows at a different rate.
-
EXFOLIATE! EXFOLIATE! Exfoliating is the MOST important tip when it comes to after. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week and 1-2 days before your wax
-
If you are still noticing bumps, consider investing in an ingrown hair serum
